Glenn "Chico" Resch


Chico played 13 years in the NHL for the New York Islanders (winning the Stanley Cup in 1980), New Jersey Devils and Philadelphia Flyers. Chico won the Bill Masterton Trophy in 1982 (for sportsmanship, perseverance and dedication to hockey) and played in three All Star games. He worked with Doc Emrick for 16 years as the color commentator for New Jersey Devils broadcasts. Chico has volunteered with Hockey Ministries International for 35 years, participating in all aspects of their extensive programs.
